Along the way, we have helped hundreds of our clients improve their business – whether that was by improving efficiency, reducing costs, shortening lead times, developing processes to foster growth, or in some other meaningful way. But most importantly, we have had the privilege of working with and for many great people – clients, colleagues, advisors and collaborators. It is those relationships that we cherish the most. Many have asked us what it took to survive as a business for this long. God has certainly carried us during all the low times, but fundamentally the key to our success has been sticking to our core values and only hiring people that share those values: Principled; Passionate; Helpful; and Humbly Confident. It is remarkable how many of our clients comment on the consistency in which our people exhibit all of these traits. And those types of people are a lot more fun to work with!
We had hoped to have a big party to celebrate this milestone, but due to COVID that will have to wait until a future date. Until then, we will raise a glass to all of you who have been a part of the extended ProAction Group family. Thank you for being a part of our journey!
