Chris has proven experience in structuring and implementing biofuels tolling agreements, sales contracts, and midstream water processing agreements. He has a successful track record of both simple cycle and combined cycle power plant development, distributed generation, and financing domestically and abroad of power projects. Chris excels at new business creation and growth, having raised over $55 million in startup private equity and over $20 million in project finance private equity. He is fluent in merger and acquisition due diligence as well as post-merger integration. Chris also has extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and executing financial and legal agreements of all types with a strong background in federal and state permitting, biofuels, and renewable tax credits and certifications.
