Gerry has over 20 years of experience, focusing on facilitating capital raises, assisting with a public listing, or establishing the financial systems and controls required of growth companies trying to make the next step. He also specializes in managing the financial reporting process, including financial statement preparation, audits, and filing documents for public companies. Gerry is particularly adept at working with private equity firms that have a challenged portfolio company, companies contemplating a capital raise, or companies that are considering a public listing.
