Jack is a finance and operations executive with more than 15 years of experience supporting private equity and family-owned organizations. His background combines financial leadership with general management responsibility across manufacturing businesses, including industrial equipment, chemicals, packaging, medical films, and fasteners. He has led finance teams, managed multi-location operations, and worked with international ownership groups through acquisitions, turnarounds, and systems implementations. His experience includes strengthening reporting and controls, implementing ERP systems, managing banking relationships, and guiding significant capital projects. He has also developed performance measures that help teams understand operating results, control costs, and identify opportunities for growth.
